[quagga-dev 16717] Using a batch published for quagga

Hi,

I have a question,

can you guys please let me know how can I use a batch for quagga? I am
trying to use this batch (https://patchwork.diac24.net/patch/1645/) for
quagga, but I do not know this batch is for which version of quagga and
how can I apply it to its source code. I tried it for last version of
quagga, but I do not have some functions mentioned in the link.
